The purpose of our internship is to provide students, who are passionate in Insurance industry, the opportunity to understand our business through hands-on work experience, projects and programme activities.

Depending on the suitable development opportunities in CS Digital and Health Department, you may be involved in

• →Undergraduate student in Business, Communications, Public Health or related disciplines
• →Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• →Good writing skills with strong attention to detail
• →Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic documentation
• →A good team player with a curious mindset and willingness to learn
• →Interest in digital health, wellness, or event coordination

• Support UAT execution for digital health functionalities from a user perspective
• Conduct walkthrough testing based on predefined scenarios and clearly document test results
• Log defects or improvement observations in a structured format
• Support follow‑up testing after fixes or enhancements

• Assist in drafting and proofreading content in English and Chinese (Traditional and Simplified)
• Support the preparation of user journey content, user guides, FAQs, and internal communications
• Ensure clarity, tone consistency, and alignment with company guidelines

• Assist with the coordination of wellness event activities
• Support logistics such as registration lists, materials preparation, onsite support, and post‑event follow‑up
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for event‑related arrangements
• Help prepare post‑event summaries or feedback consolidation
