【总部暑期实习】精算实习生-经验分析方向

具体工作内容如下：

• 参与钧衡固定费用分摊问卷自动化的UAT测试；

• 参与钧衡可用费用计算功能优化的UAT测试；

• 协助经验分析AI相关测试；

• 协助完成相关经验分析的其他工作，如协助营运假设梳理等。

人选画像：

• 本科、研究生或MBA在读学生，精算或数理专业，一周到岗5天，实习时间为2026年7-8月（全职实习时间不少于8周）；

• 能熟练使用Excel Word PPT等Office办公软件；

• 能熟练使用数据库Oracle者优先；

• 已通过1-2门SOA或同等精算考试者优先。

岗位核心价值：

帮助实习生了解保险公司费用相关知识。如费用组成、固定费用分摊方法、可用费用假设结构等信息以及寿险公司日常经验分析日常工作内容。
