AID Performance Physical Therapy is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator to support our orthopedic and sports medicine clinic in Ashburn, VA.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, personable, dependable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced healthcare environment. We are looking for someone who can help create an exceptional patient experience while keeping front desk operations running smoothly and efficiently.

• →Answer incoming phone calls and assist new and existing patients
• →Schedule evaluations and follow-up appointments
• →Verify insurance benefits and explain patient coverage/responsibility
• →Collect co-pays, balances, and patient paperwork
• →Manage patient communication via phone, text, and email
• →Assist with patient intake and onboarding
• →Maintain organized front desk and clinic workflow
• →Coordinate schedules with providers and staff
• →Help reduce cancellations and improve schedule efficiency
• →Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks

• Medical front desk, dental, PT, chiropractic, med spa, or healthcare office experience preferred
• Experience with scheduling and customer service
• Comfortable discussing payments and collecting balances
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay organized and professional under pressure
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus

• Able to take initiative and solve problems independently

• Full-time, on-site position
• Monday–Friday
