Responsibilities

  • Support clients with daily activities such as:
  • Personal hygiene and grooming
  • Dressing and mobility
  • Light housekeeping and laundry
  • Meal preparation and grocery shopping
  • Medication reminders (as authorized)
  • Companionship and community outings
  • Promote client independence and honor their choices
  • Maintain a safe, clean environment in the home
  • Communicate clearly with supervisors and document support provided
  • Attend trainings and meetings as required
  • At least 18 years old
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Verifiable professional references
  • Live Scan fingerprint clearance (background check done after conditional offer)

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience as a caregiver, DSP, home health aide, or in a similar role
  • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to complete)
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  • Strong communication and basic cooking/housekeeping skills
  • Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility

Competitive pay: $22.58 $24.00/hour to start (DOE)
Flexible scheduling – part-time and full-time shifts available
