• →Support clients with daily activities such as:
• →Personal hygiene and grooming
• →Dressing and mobility
• →Light housekeeping and laundry
• →Meal preparation and grocery shopping
• →Medication reminders (as authorized)
• →Companionship and community outings
• →Promote client independence and honor their choices
• →Maintain a safe, clean environment in the home
• →Communicate clearly with supervisors and document support provided
• →Attend trainings and meetings as required

• At least 18 years old
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Verifiable professional references
• Live Scan fingerprint clearance (background check done after conditional offer)

• Prior experience as a caregiver, DSP, home health aide, or in a similar role
• CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to complete)
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and basic cooking/housekeeping skills
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility
