Are you a highly organised and experienced production professional with the ability to keep creative teams, deadlines and priorities under control? Do you enjoy working close to content production, creative teams and operational decision-making? If so, AIM Sport could be the right place for you.

At AIM Sport, we have extensive experience in sports marketing. We operate in over 300 football stadiums and arenas worldwide, delivering innovative digital perimeter advertising solutions to a growing portfolio of leading global clients, including Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, FIFA, UEFA, Adidas, Heineken, Sony, Google, Mastercard and Audi.

We are looking for a Senior Production Coordinator to join our studio in Madrid, located next to the Bernabéu stadium. This is a key coordination role between our design studio, account teams and operations teams.

The right candidate should not only manage tasks and schedules, but also bring structure, ownership and the potential to grow into broader studio operations and leadership responsibilities over time.

You will work within a multicultural team of motion designers, graphic designers, video editors and developers, bringing together a wide range of skills. The role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, structured, communicative and confident enough to coordinate different stakeholders, challenge priorities where needed and help improve the way the studio operates.

This is not a purely administrative role. You will be close to the daily studio work and will help ensure that projects are planned, followed up and delivered on time.

If you are interested in building a career in sports, content production and studio operations, we would like to hear from you.

  • Act as the central point of contact for incoming content and project requests.

  • Prioritise, structure and assign tasks based on workload, deadlines, commercial importance and available resources.

  • Develop and maintain production schedules and ensure reliable follow-up on open tasks.

  • Coordinate daily workflows between motion designers, graphic designers, video editors, developers, account teams and operations.

  • Support resource planning, including internal team members and freelancers where required.

  • Identify bottlenecks early and proactively propose solutions.

  • Help improve studio processes, request procedures and communication flows.

  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and manage expectations around timing, quality and delivery.

  • Support the studio in balancing creative quality, commercial priorities and operational efficiency.

  • Take ownership of coordination topics and grow into a broader studio operations role over time.

  • Ensure that deadlines are met while maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables.

  • Proven experience in production coordination, project coordination, creative operations, traffic management or a similar role.

  • Ideally 3+ years of experience in a creative, content, post-production, motion design, agency or studio environment.

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, people and deadlines at the same time.

  • Experience coordinating creative teams or cross-functional teams.

  • Confident communication style, including the ability to follow up, push for clarity and challenge priorities when needed.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate problems before they become urgent.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

  • Fluent English, written and spoken.

  • Spanish is a plus.

  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.

  • Interest in football, sports marketing, content production or creative studio operations.

  • Basic understanding of motion design, video, digital content or post-production workflows.

  • Ability to understand both commercial and creative priorities and translate them into clear production planning.
