What will this role do? We are looking for a proactive and creative problem solver to join our team as a Product Designer. You will work on our Growth initiatives to improve how potential customers discover, trial, and onboard our products. If you want to quickly launch experiments, continuously simplify and improve the user experience, and build a system from the ground up, this is the right place for you.

Beyond the projects, we are also looking for an AI-native, someone who is always trying the latest tools and will bring a fresh perspective to how we approach problems. You’ll have the opportunity to guide the broader design team with AI tools and processes and to shape our AI agent experiences.

0-3 years of design experience

Ability to think through data clearly to form hypotheses and experiments

Strong communication skills, especially across functional and cultural boundaries

You are fluent in English (Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus).

Technical acumen is a plus
