In the framework of HSEQ and Industrial Audit, ensure that operations & processes are aligned with the management system requirements. Manage the Team effectively to promote safety.

● Preparing the audit, including the scope and the agenda,

● Conducting the audit by, notably:

○ leading or attending interviews to ensure the respect of audit principles,

○ collecting audit evidence with the support of the audit team,

● Preparing and distributing the audit report,

● Evaluating the relevance of the post-audit action plan defined by the Auditee

Manager,

● Monitoring the execution of the post-audit action plan and ensuring that the

closing of all corrective actions is formally documented,

● Help preparing annual audit plans for entities,

● Train entity lead auditors to develop and improve the Audit competencies,

● Annual report preparation (KPI’s),

● Act as GP15 process owner for entities as required,

● Support entities to continually improve the industrial Audit in accordance with

GP15

Other responsibilities (20% of employee time) 

Wherever applicable -

● Attend and contribute in specific entity management reviews,

● Deliver specific IMS-HSE trainings,

● Participate and review root cause analysis for the entities under AMEI and major

incidents,

● Contribute in preparing monthly AMEI HSE Flash, HSE plans etc.,

● Run cluster level HSE campaigns and specific safety programs (e.g SWP, RCA

Evaluation etc.)

● Review of Mandatory procedures related to different GPs from entities under AMEI

● Review of IRC plans and Emergency Response Plans of entities

● Review, audit and support in Group Documents implementation as prioritized by

SIS

● Organizing and Conducting BSVs while during the visits

● Preparing the audit, including the scope and the agenda,

● Conducting the audit by, notably:

○ leading or attending interviews to ensure the respect of audit principles,

○ collecting audit evidence with the support of the audit team,

● Preparing and distributing the audit report,

● Evaluating the relevance of the post-audit action plan defined by the Auditee

1. Engineering or technical degree, or equivalent.

2. HSE, process risk, system management, and/or industrial operation domains.

3.(2-3 years) of Audit experience at entity level.

*Specific knowledge and know-how

● Thorough knowledge of audit principles and mastering of audit techniques.

● Good knowledge of the Subsidiary industrial management system.

● Knowledge of the Group industrial management system.

● Good knowledge of the Subsidiary organization, industrial operations and related

risks.

● Knowledge of process risk management fundamentals.

● Understanding of applicable laws and regulations.

*Management and behavioral skills

● Listening, observing and understanding.

● Analytical thinking and ability to synthesize.

● Accurate and impactful verbal and written communication.

● Influencing and convincing.

● Adaptability.

*Language 

● English with skills of understanding texts that contain function-related language

(notably the Group IMS documents).

● Arabic (Speak, Read, Write)

● Knowledge of French language will be a plus.

Location : 

Position based in Egypt

Other Requirements :

Willingness to travel across Africa, Middle East, India & Kazakhstan (AMEI Cluster) for

conducting physical audits.
