We are building a new recruitment team responsible for closing advanced global roles. This is full-cycle recruitment: from gathering requirements to presenting offers and initiating pre-onboarding. Sourcing is an integral part of our process.

Full-cycle recruitment on a global scale: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating next steps, and extending offers

Managing and advising key stakeholders (in collaboration with the Lead)

Participating in brainstorming and problem-solving sessions; finding unconventional recruitment approaches

Supporting colleagues

Maintaining the ATS

Preparing reports

5+ years of recruitment experience filling hard-to-fill engineering and corporate roles

Proven global recruitment experience hiring across multiple regions and time zones

Flexible, results-oriented approach

Business acumen (preferred)

Strong English skills (speaking and writing at C1+ level)
