QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The international technology company Ajax Systems opens a full-cycle production facility in Türkiye.

Ajax Systems is the largest developer and manufacturer of security systems in Europe. The back office, R&D department, and two full-cycle production facilities are located in Ukraine. The company has branch offices worldwide: UAE (Dubai), Italy, Spain, Germany, Poland, Canada, and many other regions. Ajax team has more than 2,200 employees, including 500 developers and 1,200 production workers. Attracting local expertise in each key market enables us to scale the product globally and grow fast.

Location: Istanbul, DESBAS(Tuzla)

Reports to: Quality Manager

Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation and internal regulations.

Conduct workplace risk assessments and develop improvement proposals to minimize hazards.

Perform regular site inspections and take corrective actions in case of non-conformities.

Organize and deliver occupational health and safety training and briefings.

Manage Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) processes including procurement, distribution, monitoring, and maintenance.

Develop and implement preventive measures to reduce occupational accidents and work-related illnesses.

Support and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS).

Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Conduct internal audits and manage Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.

Coordinate external audits and regulatory inspections.

Availability of certificates (training protocols) in accordance with the requirements of Turkiye legislation on H&S, fire safety and electrical safety

Knowledge of ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 / ISO 9001

Fundamentals of planning and management

Working experience working in production sphere from 1 year

Knowledge and experience of medical checks delivering

Knowledge and experience of investigation of work related injuries

Knowledge and experience of obtaining state permits (declarations) for objects and work of high risks

Confident PC user

B Class Heath and Safety Certificate

ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 / ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certificate

Ability to prepare reports, analytics, presentations;

Experience with document management systems and quality software
