Position Profile

Education: Secondary education Certification / Diploma in Auto-Electrical & Electronics engineering

Experience requirement : • Minimum  3 years’ experience; Ability to work effectively with different cultures; Strong communication and administration skills; Self-motivation, leadership and management skills; good eyesight, good sense of balance, ability to judge distances and eye –hand-foot coordination


Qualifications: Secondary education Certification / Diploma in Auto-Electrical & Electronics engineering
 

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Repairing and servicing of electronic and automotive controlled vehicle system faults
2. Installation, repairs, and maintenance of auto electrical machines
3. Analytical and problem solving
4. Troubleshooting and fault finding
5. Interpreting and understanding electrical wiring diagrams
6. Working under stressful conditions, and to handle problems as they arise
7. Interpreting  schematics and sketches
8. Adjusting timing and engine control systems
9. Highly capable of trouble shooting, repairing, and replacing of damage/faulty fuses, lamps, electrical wiring and ignitions.
10. Ensuring lock out tag out and warning signs are posted for any electrical work and ensuring where required any processes or permit to work system is followed 
11. Electrical troubleshooting and repairs on equipment(forklifts/cranes/gens/trucks)
12. Work place electrical equipment maintenance (incl PAT testing).
13. Completing maintenance/service/work order reports for all work carried out
14. Participating in toolbox talks and contributing relevant safety topics
15.  Working as part of team on plan and unplanned preventative maintenance scheduled by the   maintenance manager
16. Complete weekly equipment checks and general repairs, and assist on data entry on our fleet maintenance pro program.
