Primary Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring Daily Operations in Ops Sites Run Smoothly and ensuring integrity of the site is maintained. 
   • Monitoring drivers, construction staff, maintenance and operators to ensure they arrive on time and perform their jobs well
   • Ensuring that all operations are carried out correctly
   • Ensuring that processes and procedures are in place for every task carried out and are relevant to the task
   • Risk assessment of all tasks
   • Daily and weekly site walkarounds to assess all hazards and create reports for action.
   • Costing of site improvements
   • Liaising with clients on site to address any problems or questions
   • Representing Alistair Group on site
   • Supervising activities
   • Prepare and send the timesheets for invoicing and log all related work on the dedicated log sheets to accounts
   • Receiving goods on site and ensuring POD and traceability is kept and filed. 
2. Monitor HSE compliance on sites 
   • Insist upon full PPE by all employees
   • Correct and report any unsafe work practices
   • Assisting with accident and incident investigation and reporting
   • Send additional reports as required by specific staff
   • Ensure all waste is segregated and disposed of and that accurate records are maintained
   • Ensuring that all relevant figures are sent to the HSSEQ officer for inclusion in monthly reports

Secondary Responsibilities:

1. Attending Ops meeting and sending any notes of interest to management
2. Site walk around for any potential clients 

Skill/Experience Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 Year work experience in a similar position
2. Self-motivated and multi-tasker
3. Fluency in Portuguese and English
