Your responsibilities Supporting and advising staff and managers on HR-related issues within the production environment Providing support throughout the employee lifecycle, particularly in recruitment, onboarding, staff support and absence management Managing labour law and administrative HR matters in close coordination with relevant departments Contributing to the further development of HR processes for a manufacturing site Supporting HR management and acting as a stand-in for operational HR matters Your profile Independently managing day-to-day financial accounting Reconciling accounts receivable and accounts payable Preparing and actively participating in monthly and annual financial statements Preparing monthly VAT returns and Intrastat declarations Assisting with internal and external audits
