The Marketing Officer is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing and communication activities. The role involves coordinating campaigns, managing content, working closely with external agencies and internal departments, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Coordinate with external creative, digital, media, and production agencies. Manage the organization’s social media calendar and ensure timely delivery of content. Prepare marketing briefs and coordinate the production of creative materials. Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports. Coordinate photo and video shoots, interviews, and promotional content. Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials. Support the planning and execution of events, fundraising campaigns, and community activations. Coordinate with internal departments to collect stories, achievements, and project updates for marketing purposes. Develop marketing presentations, proposals, and sponsorship materials when required. Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services. Assist in preparing marketing budgets and tracking expenses. Stay up to date with marketing trends and recommend new ideas and best practices. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in marketing. Experience in digital marketing and social media management. Experience coordinating with agencies and external suppliers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (French is an advantage). Strong organizational and project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Canva, and marketing analytics tools is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Team player with a proactive attitude. Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred Experience Experience in the NGO or nonprofit sector, fundraising campaigns, event management, and stakeholder engagement will be considered a strong advantage.
