Senior Manager- Component Operations

This role is suited to someone with experience gained within leading airline, aviation technical services, aftermarket, or large-scale operational environments who understands how to drive performance, reliability, supplier governance, and operational efficiency across complex component programmes.

Candidates from structured airline or technical operations environments, including those with experience in large international aviation organisations, will be particularly well suited to this opportunity.

  Drive operational performance, turnaround efficiency, reliability, and customer service standards.

  Build strong strategic relationships with global suppliers, technical partners, and operational stakeholders.

  Develop operational governance, KPIs, reporting structures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
