  • Develop and oversee Arizona's comprehensive growth and development strategy.
  • Design and execute initiatives that expand organizational reach, influence, and sustainability.
  • Build strategic relationships with foundations, philanthropic partners, donors, and community leaders.
  • Lead high-impact campaigns and initiatives that advance organizational goals.
  • Create scalable systems and processes that support long-term growth.
  • Cultivate meaningful partnerships with nonprofit organizations, community leaders, educational institutions, and corporate partners.
  • Explore strategic alliances that expand impact and create new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the organization throughout Arizona and nationally.
  • Develop and launch training programs and scalable models that support national expansion.
  • Identify opportunities to package and deliver organizational expertise to new markets.
  • Support innovation while preserving mission alignment and program quality.
  • Partner closely with Marketing and Communications leadership.
  • Oversee the production and strategic direction of organizational content
  • Ensure all messaging reflects organizational values, vision, and strategic priorities.
  • Help elevate the organization's visibility, credibility, and influence.
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire mission-driven teams.
  • Establish a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Lead through influence, trust, and servant leadership.
  • Ensure initiatives remain aligned with organizational objectives and measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated senior leadership experience with responsibility for growth, strategy, business development, organizational expansion, or revenue generation.
  • Experience working within, alongside, or in partnership with nonprofit organizations.
  • Proven ability to take vision from concept to execution with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong background recruiting, developing, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Experience managing initiatives, campaigns, partnerships, or organizational growth
  • Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience collaborating with donor, foundation, corporate, and community partners.
  • Ability to oversee content communications.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in a fluid, evolving environment.
  • Existing relationships within Arizona's nonprofit, philanthropic, or business community is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required, or education and significant executive-level experience in a non-profit setting will be considered.
