Senior Superintendent – Luxury Custom Homes

A growing luxury custom home builder in the East Valley is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to join its leadership team. This is an opportunity to oversee high-end residential projects while mentoring junior field staff within a collaborative and quality-focused environment. The ideal candidate is a strong field leader with extensive luxury residential construction experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage complex custom home projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the construction of multiple luxury custom homes simultaneously
• Manage project schedules, subcontractors, and daily field operations
• Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Identify and proactively resolve design and construction issues
• Ensure quality workmanship and timely project completion
• Coordinate closely with clients, architects, designers, and trades
• Mentor and support junior superintendents and field personnel
• Maintain professional, organized, and safe job sites
• Uphold high standards of accountability, integrity, and client service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in luxury custom residential construction
• Previous experience in a lead Superintendent role
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-end custom home projects simultaneously
• Strong blueprint and plan-reading capabilities
• Experience leading and mentoring field teams
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Proficiency with basic office software and construction management platforms
• Experience with Smartsheets, BuilderTrend, or Procore is highly preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus

Location

Projects are located throughout the East Valley area. This is an on-site position with no overnight travel required.
