Key Accountabilities

• Follow up the production process of the shifts.
• Execute the received Production plan.
• Perform all the demanded duties to develop the production process and follow the production projects that are handled to him.
• Follow up and close the production orders using the specific forms.
• Follow up the implementation specific systems of the company ( ISO 9002, 14001 …) which is related to the Production Department.
• Perform projects that are handled to him and prepare a report on all its stages.
• Assist in all Production plans processes.
• Co-operate and assist the Production Manager to increase the efficiency of the production.
• Working to achieve the OEE and yield target according to the annual budget.
• Optimize the SW consumption to achieve the target.
• Working on the machine speed to be maximum in each SKU with good runability.
• Achieve Zero SQI (Serious Quality Incident)
• Achieve Zero fire incident
• Achieve zero recordable incident
• Follow up the implementation of the production plans.
• Ensure that the needed raw and chemical materials are available for his shift.
• Ensure the quality of the production.
• Participate in setting the production maintenance plan.
• Participate in training and increasing the efficiency of the workers.
• Cooperate with the electrical maintenance dept in following up the DCS to guarantee the highest efficiency for the system.
• Monitor the using of raw materials efficiently and prepare the needed reports to the Production Manager.
• Ensure the high quality of the products during his shifts through revising the production circumstances.
• Co-ordinate with all the depts. to guarantee the efficiency and high productivity taking the highest advantage of the lines and increasing the production rations on all the production lines.
• Lead and monitor his subordinates.
• Ensures the implementation and adherence to approved health, safety, environment and quality procedures and systems that protect Company staff and assets.
• Follow the safety instructions in all times and in all circumstances.
• Raise the IWS skill matrix.
