We’re looking for a Product Intern – Reconciliation & Payments who’s excited to work with transaction data, uncover discrepancies, and improve financial workflows. You’ll collaborate across Product, Finance, and Engineering, gaining hands-on exposure to payment systems and data-driven decision-making.

• →Support daily reconciliation across internal systems, banks, and payment partners
• →Analyze large datasets using SQL & Excel/Sheets to identify inconsistencies
• →Perform root cause analysis: what broke, why, and how to fix it
• →Build reports & dashboards to monitor transaction health
• →Collaborate cross-functionally to improve reconciliation logic & data accuracy
• →Identify and automate repetitive workflows using Python / spreadsheets

• Strong SQL skills (joins, aggregations, debugging datasets)
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivots, lookups, cleaning)
• Structured problem-solving ability with real examples (projects/internships)
• Proven ownership mindset (end-to-end execution)
• Clear communication—can explain insights and fixes effectively

• Exposure to fintech/payments (UPI, cards, wallets, ledgers, settlements)
• Basic Python (Pandas, scripting for automation)
• Experience working with product teams or building features
• Familiarity with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Power BI, Tableau)
• Strong systems thinking (ledger ↔ bank ↔ partner reconciliation)

Students or recent grads in Engineering, Economics, Finance, or related fields with experience in data analysis, product, fintech, or operations.
