COMPANY PROFILE:

Alabama Ag Credit is a financial institution that provides financing for agriculture, agribusiness, and rural real estate purchases and improvements.  The institution is headquartered in Montgomery, Alabama with ten offices that service the lower 40 counties of Alabama.  With over $1.5 billion in assets, the institution is a cooperative and part of the nationwide Farm Credit System.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Candidate will have four (4) to six (6) or more years of experience in marketing, communications, event planning, or community engagement. The best qualified candidate will have experience coordinating and executing marketing strategies and community programs that support business development goals, ideally within an agriculture or financial services environment. Familiarity with rural communities and agricultural producers is a plus.

Strong organizational, project management, and relationship-building skills are required to plan events, manage regional partnerships, and coordinate logistics. Proficiency with digital marketing tools, social media engagement, and content creation is desired. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are required.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The Regional Marketing Partner is responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that support the growth, community engagement, and visibility of Alabama Ag Credit within the assigned area of the institution territory. The role works closely with lending staff and account specialists to ensure coordinated, impactful outreach across the region. Must be able to develop and implement regional marketing plans aligning with company strategic goals. Plans, budgets, and coordinates logistics for marketing and community events. Represents the institution at branch, community, and periodically state events. Leads social media engagement to include content creation. Supports photography and videography coordination in conjunction with the other Regional Marketing Partner. Manages and fosters relationships with territory trade organizations. Tracks and reports regional engagement success in marketing campaigns. Inventories, orders, and coordinates specialty items for advertising purposes. Collaborates on planning and execution of larger-scale institution initiatives to ensure consistency and alignment across regions.

This position requires travel within the assigned region to coordinate events, maintain community relationships, and support branch-level activities. This role does work out of an Association office within the assigned region five days a week.
