Culture & Engagement Manager (m/f/d)

You build the Alasco Atmosphere. You own the appearance and operations of the Alasco office in the heart of Munich and shape it into a space facilitated with love & soul that fuels collaboration and a genuinely good working atmosphere. You curate Alasco events big and small, with creativity and hospitality, and make sure they're real highlights that build trust and connection among Alascians.

As part of our People & Organisation team, you work closely with your colleagues on everything that shapes the employee experience.

• →Shape the Alasco people experience: You are the person who turns 'we're a team' into something people feel every day, in the office, at events, and in the small rituals in between.
• →Create special moments: Plan and host company events, from Summer Festival to Winter Celebration and formats we haven't invented yet, and build the small rituals that shape everyday life at Alasco and infuse the one extra spark of motivation that carries us far as a team
• →Keep the office running: Own the office experience end to end, from managing external suppliers to sorting out the things people rely on before they even notice them.
• →Organize the onboarding: so new hires feel the Alasco vibe before their first day even starts.
• →Strengthen employee engagement: Together with your P&O colleagues you drive engagement initiatives of Alasco employees and alumni and define how we tell the Alasco story, internally and externally
• →Team up with People & Organisation: Support and collaborate as part of the team, and grow your skills along the way.

• You're fluent in German and English. You'll move between both daily, with the team and across the company.
