Working Student Go-to-Market (m/f/d)

Our Go-to-Market team helps customers get value from Alasco quickly. AI and automation are a core part of how we work.
You'll be working on real workflows connecting tools, writing prompts, building automations that the team currently does manually. The focus is on execution, not learning the basics. We're looking for someone who has already worked with these tools and can apply them to concrete problems from day one.
The things you build will be used by real customers within weeks. Some of them will replace manual work the team currently does by hand.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support the CE team in day-to-day operations: tracking health scores, importing data, preparing Onboarding/Training materials.
- →Analyze customer usage data to spot where customers get stuck and work with the team to fix it.
- →Create and maintain enablement content: guides, templates, and short video walkthroughs that help customers get up to speed without hand-holding.
- →Build AI-powered workflows that support customer onboarding and product adoption, think automated check-ins, smart content delivery, usage-based triggers.
- →Test new AI tools and prompting approaches for customer-facing use cases; document what works.
Must haves:
- You are enrolled in a degree program. Field of study matters less than how you think and work.
- You have built something with an AI or automation tool: n8n, Make, Clay, Zapier, or similar. Not just read about it.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English. You write clearly, precisely, and in a way that resonates with our customers.
- You are comfortable working with data: pulling it, reading it, drawing conclusions from it.
- You follow through. Deadlines are real, not suggestions.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with CRM or CS tooling (HubSpot, Gainsight, Zendesk or similar).
- Prompt engineering experience or work with LLM APIs.
- Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, real estate, or a startup environment.
