he General Shop Laborer supports daily production activities by safely performing hands-on manufacturing tasks, equipment setup, and general labor duties. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work collaboratively to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

- →Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
- →Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions and safety procedures.
- →Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to quality.
- →Must be safety-focused and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- →Must be a U.S citizen.
Physical Requirements:
- →Standing: More than 2/3 of the time
- →Walking: 1/3 to 2/3 of the time
- →Sitting: Less than 1/3 of the time
- →Lifting: Up to 50 pounds (occasional)
- →Crouching, stooping, reaching, or stretching: Less than 1/3 of the time
- →Speaking and hearing: As needed for communication
- →Visual acuity required for close work and inspection
Working Conditions
Work performed primarily in a manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noise levels.
