General Shop Laborer

he General Shop Laborer supports daily production activities by safely performing hands-on manufacturing tasks, equipment setup, and general labor duties. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work collaboratively to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment. 

• →High school diploma or GED preferred. 

• →Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred. 

• →Ability to read and interpret basic work instructions and safety procedures. 

• →Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and a commitment to quality. 

• →Must be safety-focused and able to work effectively as part of a team. 

• →Must be a U.S citizen.  

Physical Requirements:  

• →Standing: More than 2/3 of the time 

• →Walking: 1/3 to 2/3 of the time 

• →Sitting: Less than 1/3 of the time 

• →Lifting: Up to 50 pounds (occasional) 

• →Crouching, stooping, reaching, or stretching: Less than 1/3 of the time 

• →Speaking and hearing: As needed for communication 

• →Visual acuity required for close work and inspection 

Working Conditions 

Work performed primarily in a manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noise levels.
