We are currently looking for nurturing, energetic, and dedicated Infant Teachers to join our Palmer team. If you love building relationships, celebrating developmental milestones, and creating a safe and engaging environment for our youngest learners, we would love to meet you.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available.
Compensation
$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Based on education, experience, and qualifications.

What You'll Do
As an Infant Teacher, you'll create a loving, responsive environment where infants feel safe, supported, and encouraged to explore the world around them.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Build trusting relationships with infants and their families
- Provide attentive, responsive care throughout the day
- Create engaging sensory and developmental learning experiences
- Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Follow individualized schedules for feeding, diapering, sleeping, and care
- Observe and document developmental milestones
- Maintain open, positive communication with families
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and leadership
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
- Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development
- Plan opportunities for outdoor exploration and age-appropriate gross motor play
We're Looking For Someone Who:

- Is dependable, flexible, and eager to learn
- Creates engaging experiences that support early childhood development

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Clear background checks required
- Previous infant or childcare experience preferred
- CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education is a plus, but not required
