Localization Manager (Korea)

You've got real experience managing projects, you're organized and comfortable taking ownership without waiting to be told what's next, and you're genuinely into languages. You know how to use AI as a real working tool, not just a buzzword.

• Are a native Korean speaker
• Have 2+ years of experience as a project manager (localization experience is a plus, not a requirement)
• Have business English skills (C1 or higher)
• Have an interest in the IT field, games; translation or editing experience is a plus
• Use AI tools day-to-day (Claude, Claude Code, ChatGPT or similar); experience building or configuring AI agents/workflows is a strong plus
• Japanese and/or Chinese language skills are a nice-to-have, not required

• →Lead localization projects for a variety of IT companies
• →Communicate with clients, translators, and editors from all over the world
• →Monitor deadlines, quality, and profitability of services
• →Take care of our financial relationship with the client
• →Find and integrate new tools and processes, including AI-driven workflows
