Lead revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning processes, ensuring predictable and sustainable performance.
Collaborate closely with regional and global Snapchat teams across Sales, Product, Marketing, Measurement, Creative Strategy, and Operations.
Represent Snapchat at industry events, conferences, and executive forums, strengthening the platform's visibility and market leadership.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous development within the team.
Manage relationships with key vendor and operational partners, ensuring operational excellence and business scalability.
10+ years of experience in digital media, advertising, technology, or platform sales.
Proven experience leading high-performing sales organizations and consistently delivering ambitious revenue targets.
Strong understanding of digital advertising, mobile marketing, performance marketing, social media platforms, and agency ecosystems.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with advertisers and agencies.
Strong commercial acumen with experience developing business strategies, forecasting revenue, and driving operational excellence.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights and performance data into actionable business strategies.
Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities.
Business-level fluency in Korean and English.
Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and modern sales enablement tools.
Bachelor's degree required.
