Aleph is accelerating Snapchat’s growth across Asia, and Korea is one of our most strategic and dynamic markets. We are looking for an exceptional Business Head for Snapchat Korea who combines commercial excellence, visionary leadership, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem.

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team of Client Partners and Client Solutions Managers to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets across Korea.
  • Own the commercial strategy and business performance for Snapchat in Korea, driving both domestic and export revenue growth.
  • Build and execute scalable go-to-market strategies that accelerate advertiser acquisition, retention, and long-term business growth.
  • Establish strong relationships with Korea’s leading advertisers, agencies, holding companies, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Serve as the senior executive contact for strategic partners and major clients, influencing investment decisions and driving executive-level engagement.
  • Drive adoption of Snapchat’s full-funnel advertising solutions, including Brand, Performance, Commerce, AR, and Creator-led initiatives.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive dynamics to inform business strategy and maximize growth.
  • Lead revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning processes, ensuring predictable and sustainable performance.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and global Snapchat teams across Sales, Product, Marketing, Measurement, Creative Strategy, and Operations.
  • Represent Snapchat at industry events, conferences, and executive forums, strengthening the platform's visibility and market leadership.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous development within the team.
  • Manage relationships with key vendor and operational partners, ensuring operational excellence and business scalability.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital media, advertising, technology, or platform sales.
  • Proven experience leading high-performing sales organizations and consistently delivering ambitious revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, mobile marketing, performance marketing, social media platforms, and agency ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships with advertisers and agencies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience developing business strategies, forecasting revenue, and driving operational excellence.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights and performance data into actionable business strategies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across multiple regions and functions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities.
  • Business-level fluency in Korean and English.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Excel, and modern sales enablement tools.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • You are a strategic leader who inspires teams through vision, empathy, and accountability.
  • You have a deep understanding of Korea’s digital advertising landscape and strong industry relationships.
  • You combine executive presence with hands-on execution and problem-solving.
  • You are passionate about innovation and understand how platforms like Snapchat create meaningful connections between brands and consumers.
  • You bring a growth mindset and consistently challenge the status quo to unlock new opportunities.
  • You influence effectively across cultures, functions, and levels of seniority.

  • Own Snapchat’s business strategy and growth in one of APAC’s most important and sophisticated digital advertising markets.
  • Partner with talented teams across APAC, EMEA, and North America to drive business success at scale.
  • Work with one of the world's most innovative platforms, leading advancements in Augmented Reality, creator ecosystems, and mobile-first consumer engagement.
  • Shape the commercial vision, build high-performing teams, and influence long-term market strategy.
