Then our Global Internship - Talent Sourcing Specialist role is perfect for you!

Join Aleph’s Global Sourcing Internship Program, a six-month, immersive learning experience where you’ll partner with our amazing and dynamic Global Talent Acquisition team and our hiring managers from 4 continents.

This isn’t a classroom or a university program. It’s your first step into the real world of Talent Acquisition in a company that is truly global!

About the Role

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of identifying and attracting top talent for our multiple vacancies worldwide. This isn't just an internship: it's a foundational learning experience where you'll gain hands-on expertise in direct search and sourcing methodologies in a truly global context. You'll learn best practices, develop a solid understanding of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, and become an expert in finding the right people for the right roles, no matter where they are!

This role offers a unique opportunity to:

Master Direct Sourcing: Learn the art and science of proactive talent identification, including advanced search techniques and tools.

Embrace Global Collaboration: Work with teams and candidates from various cultures and regions, expanding your global perspective and communication skills.

Develop Talent Acquisition Expertise: Build a strong foundation in recruitment processes, candidate engagement, and employer branding.

Make a Real Impact: People are our core business. Contribute directly to building our future talent pipeline by bringing in the best talent on the market.

Conducting direct sourcing activities to identify potential candidates for Aleph in 100+ countries.

Utilizing various sourcing techniques to build a robust candidate pipeline.

Engaging with potential candidates globally through appealing outreach methods.

Collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters to understand specific candidate needs and profiles.

Maintaining and updating candidate databases.

Collaborating and partnering with our Talent Advisors to support global searches and strengthen the business.

English fluency is a MUST, proficiency in multiple languages is a significant advantage, allowing you to connect with a wider pool of global talent.

You have a genuine desire to understand new cultures and learn innovative sourcing strategies.

You don't wait for opportunities; you create them!

You can articulate ideas clearly and engagingly, both verbally and in writing.

You have a keen eye for detail and can manage multiple tasks effectively.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
