Hormone Health Provider - Part-Time (MD or DO)

• →MD or DO – with a concentration in Functional Medicine, Hormone Health, Anti-Aging or Lifestyle Medicine
• →Formal training and experience practicing Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) strongly preferred
• →Providers based in AZ, CO, FL, IL, NC, OH, PA, TN, TX, and VA are preferred
• →Must have (or be able to obtain) an IL medical and IL DEA licenses and any remote location determined
• →Must be able to work at least 16 hours per week (including two weekday evening shifts, or one weekday and one weekend day shifts)
• →Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate and interact effectively with patients and other providers
• →Energetic and outgoing personality with a desire to help people
• →Patient first attitude and ability to consistently provide a 5-star level of service
• →Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
