• →Assist in completing weekly reports that get sent out to leadership and revenue teams
• →Work on various ad hoc requests from revenue teams to help drive revenue growth
• →Help with month-end close reporting
• →Support the preparation of spread summaries and year-over-year performance analysis across business lines
• →Help maintain and improve reporting templates and dashboards used by revenue teams
• →Assist with data validation and reconciliation to ensure accuracy across weekly and monthly reports
• →Compile and organize data from multiple sources (Excel, Tableau, internal systems) into clean, digestible formats
• →Support special projects and process improvement initiatives within the finance team
• →Partner cross-functionally with accounting, sales, and recruiting teams to gather and clarify data

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP);
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working with large data sets and spotting discrepancies
• Clear written and verbal communication skills — able to translate numbers into plain-language takeaways
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter who's comfortable asking questions and taking initiative on ad hoc requests

• Prior internship or coursework in financial reporting or analytics
• Familiarity with Tableau
