Now, we’re looking for skilled Customer Service Representatives to join our growing production team.

Digital Press Operator
The Digital Press Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining Canon, Zeikon, and Komori digital presses to produce vibrant, high-quality printed materials that meet exacting customer specifications. This role requires technical precision, color accuracy, and a passion for digital print innovation. The operator monitors print quality, registration, and consistency throughout each job, making adjustments to achieve flawless results. What You’ll Do:

  • Operate high-quality digital printing presses to meet customer specifications.

  • Monitor print runs to ensure consistent color, registration, and image quality.

  • Interpret layouts, check paper stock, and assist in overall press setup (sheet size, coating, blankets, etc.).

  • Refill and adjust paper trays to maintain efficient production flow.

  • Load substrates onto the press and accurately record production data.

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and cleaning on press equipment.

  • Troubleshoot and adjust as needed to ensure top-quality output.

  • Conduct quality checks throughout each run and present finished samples for approval.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of press operation.

  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

  • Good knowledge of color and excellent visual acuity.

  • Basic computer and math skills.

  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlines.

  • Team-player attitude and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

Education & Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–4 months of experience operating digital press machines.
Physical Requirements:
Standing 50% | Lifting up to 35-75 lbs. lbs. repeatedly | Carrying 25-50 lbs. | Frequent bending, reaching, and handling of materials.

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Shift Available & Schedule: 1st shift (8:00 am – 4:00 pm)
