If you love coordinating moving parts, solving production puzzles, and being at the center of the action, this is the role for you. We’re a family-run, full-service commercial and financial printer with a proud legacy and a bright future. From robust sheetfed, web, large format, digital, to New England’s largest bindery/finishing operation, plus mailing, fulfillment, kitting, Print-on-Demand, and variable-data capabilities — we deliver it all. And we’re growing!

Coordinate the details that bring print projects to life.

As our Print Production Planner, you’ll be the link between clients, sales, and manufacturing — ensuring every job runs smoothly from estimate to delivery. You’ll coordinate, monitor, and improve production flow while applying your technical knowledge of printing processes to keep quality and timelines on track.

  • Prepare layouts and camera cards.

  • Communicate inefficiencies to sales reps or clients proactively.

  • Oversee quality and accuracy of production and stay informed of job status.

  • Collaborate with Estimating to devise layouts and production plans for cost-effective results.

  • Alert Sales Reps and/or clients to production issues and assist in resolution.

  • Report directly to the Production & Planning Manager.

  • Print experience needed to be considered for this position.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and ERP software (EFI Monarch a plus).

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

  • Thorough knowledge of the printing process, color, design, job planning, and scheduling.

  • Ability to work collaboratively, take direction, and follow company procedures.

  • 6–9 months of Allied training (or equivalent).

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in Prepress, Imposition, or Bindery/Finishing encouraged.
