Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to be responsible for daily management of an assigned caseload. This person will provide ongoing development, training, implementation and monitoring of the systems of support, including but not limited to Positive Behavior Intervention and Support and Behavior Plans for persons supported by Aspire.
Location: Trumbull, CT
Pay: $75,000 - $95,000 annually
Hours: M-F 7a-3p

- →Computer skills
- →Must have satisfactory background checks
- →Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Working Conditions:
- →Primary work will be done within the operation setting as required to fulfill their job duties.
- →Lift/carry up to 10 pounds; speaking; standing; sitting for long periods of time; reaching; bending; walking; reaching with arms and hands, balancing; using fingers to handle or feel. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
- →This position requires the routine use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, fax machines, audio/visual equipment, etc.
