Responsibilities

→Provide clinical direction to program managers and technicians for assigned clients
→Deliver protocol modification, assessment and family treatment guidance for assigned clients
→Ensure data is collected and recorded with fidelity and reliability
→Complete mandatory trainings and attend required meetings
→Document services delivered accurately and timely according to company policies
→Partner with Clinical Director regarding staffing and scheduling for clients
→Report clinical and scheduling concerns promptly
→Adhere to all company compliance policies, written or unwritten
→Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

Master’s Degree
Board Certified Behavior Analyst and/or license as required by local statutes to deliver behavior analysis
