About your new role

We're looking for a Café Manager to join our Melbourne team and lead our café in Collingwood.

This is a hands-on leadership role, balancing time on the floor with the operational side of running a busy café. Working closely with our Head Barista, Chef and wider team, you'll help bring together great coffee, food and hospitality that reflects who we are at Allpress.

A day in the life

You'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the café, supporting your team and building on the coffee, service and experience our customers know and love.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building a positive team culture and bringing out the best in your team
• Leading from the front and building on our reputation for great coffee, great service and genuine hospitality
• Setting clear expectations and supporting your team to succeed
• Keeping the café organised, well-run and ready for whatever the day brings
• Looking for ways to improve how we do things and proactively solving problems
• Building strong relationships with customers and your team
• Maintaining food safety, hygiene and OH&S standards
