We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist – Plumbing who can own the purchasing process, build strong vendor relationships, stay ahead of inventory demands, and help keep our operations running at a championship level.

This is not a “sit back and coast” role. We need someone proactive, organized, hungry to improve systems, and committed to supporting the team the AllTech way.

Responsibilities

Procure plumbing materials, equipment, fixtures, fittings, water heaters, and critical supplies with urgency and accuracy.

Build and manage strong supplier and manufacturer relationships while negotiating pricing, delivery timelines, and terms.

Monitor inventory levels and forecast material needs to keep our warehouse and field teams fully equipped.

Manage purchase orders from creation to delivery while resolving delays, shortages, and discrepancies quickly.

Drive accountability with vendors to ensure product quality, reliability, and performance standards are met.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality or operational efficiency.

Improve procurement systems, workflows, and processes to help the company scale smarter and faster.
→
Work closely with operations, warehouse, install, and service teams to solve problems and support daily execution.

1+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience — preferably in plumbing, HVAC, or construction.
Strong understanding of plumbing materials, vendors, and industry supply chains.
Someone who communicates clearly, moves with urgency, and follows through.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities without letting details slip.
Experience with ERP systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
A team player who takes ownership, solves problems, and raises the standard around them.
