Responsibilities

  • →Manage the schedule for preparing the Director’s Quarterly Performance Review (QPR) briefing book 
  • →Establishing and maintaining a specific schedule for collecting agency performance measure data and strategic project updates from 16 divisions through a SharePoint-based application
  • →Coordinate with the Office of the Director to schedule Quarterly Performance Reviews (QPR) briefings and provide administrative, technical, and presentation support in the office
  • →Assist USMS Divisions with brainstorming and developing milestones for strategic projects across multiple disciplines
  • →Manage the OSI intranet site. Create informational materials for the Frequently Asked Questions and Training sections
  • →Manage monthly meetings, coordinating speakers, briefings, agenda, and presentations
Qualifications:
  • →Bachelor's degree
  • →Nine years of specialized experience related to the duties described
  • →Ability to develop and sustain relationships with internal staff and external sources
  • →Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • →Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to change
  • →Excellent interpersonal skills
  • →Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  • →Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • →Prior Federal Government experience
