Senior CRM Governance and Microsoft Dynamic Expert

We are seeking a highly experienced CRM Governance & Microsoft Dynamics 365 Expert to lead the governance, security, risk management, and strategic oversight of the organization's CRM platform. The role will be responsible for ensuring that Microsoft Dynamics 365 is managed effectively, securely, and in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will define governance frameworks, oversee user access management, ensure data quality and integrity, identify and mitigate risks, and drive the adoption of CRM best practices across the organization. Acting as the key subject matter expert, the role will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to maximize the value of the CRM platform while maintaining robust controls, security, and operational excellence.
