At Almedia, you’ll:

  Drive Corporate Finance & Strategic Initiatives: Lead company-wide strategic finance projects, connecting financial analysis to business strategy, strategic trade-offs, and operational priorities.

  Lead FP&A and Decision-Grade Analysis: Build, refine, and maintain high-quality financial models, budget frameworks, scenario plans, and benchmarking metrics to guide internal growth decisions.

  Support Capital Markets & External Financing: Lead workstreams for equity and debt financing, preparing materials, financial narratives, and valuation analyses for discussions with external investors and partners.

  Execute M&A and Deal Strategy: Own M&A process execution from opportunity evaluation and diligence to financial impact analysis, valuation frameworks, and internal recommendations.

  Establish Repeatable Finance Processes: Build structured, scalable frameworks for transaction diligence, financial forecasting, and strategic evaluation to empower leadership to act quickly with confidence.

  Operate as a Hands-On Owner: Work directly in the details to build models and presentation decks yourself while independently driving complex strategic workstreams forward.

• Comprehensive Strategic Finance Skill Set: Strong foundation across corporate finance, FP&A, capital markets, valuation, and M&A within a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

• Background in PE, Investment Banking, or High-Growth Finance: Experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or strategic finance in a fast-paced operating company.

• Advanced Financial Modeling Rigor: Proven track record of independently building robust, dynamic financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses from scratch.

• Commercial & Strategic Acumen: Ability to evaluate operational realities through a financial lens and distill findings into actionable strategic guidance.

• Executive-Level Communication: Skill in translating complex financial concepts, forecasts, and transaction structures into concise recommendations for leadership, board members, and investors.

• High Ownership Mindset: Self-driven, pragmatic, and eager to dive deep into details to push initiatives over the finish line.

• You thrive in a broad, high-impact strategic finance role where no two days look identical.

• You bring technical depth from transaction or corporate finance, paired with the flexibility needed in an agile tech environment.

• You are excited to handle a balanced scope covering strategic planning, forecasting, investor relations, and M&A.

• You prefer building systems, models, and capabilities from the ground up over managing a static operational process.
