ACG_3427_JOB Our client is a technology company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. (1) Payroll, Benefits & Tax (Full-cycle Payroll) Manage end-to-end payroll operations, including data consolidation, salary and bonus calculation, reconciliation, and payroll finalization, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. Handle statutory insurance (SI, HI, UI) and private health insurance (PVI), including enrollment, termination, and employee benefit claims. Prepare and finalize Personal Income Tax (PIT) filings; support employees with tax-related procedures. Implement and administer company benefits programs (fixed and flexible benefits). (2) Employee Relations & Compliance Manage employee lifecycle processes, including labor contract issuance, renewal, and termination in compliance with regulations. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality. Support and resolve employee relations issues (inquiries, grievances, disciplinary actions, disputes). Ensure compliance with Labor Law and relevant regulations. (3) Performance Management Plan and communicate periodic performance review cycles. Monitor timelines and follow up with departments to ensure timely completion. Consolidate performance results and prepare reports to support compensation and talent development decisions. (4) Compensation & Benefits Policy Development Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of compensation, bonus, and benefits policies aligned with company strategy and market practices. Participate in HR initiatives to foster a high-performance, engaging, and positive work environment. (5) C&B Reporting & Data Management Prepare reports on payroll, compensation, and labor costs for management purposes. Handle reports related to benefits, insurance, taxation, and workforce changes. Ensure C&B data integrity, consistency, and readiness for audits and internal reviews. Requirements Experience & Expertise Minimum 3 years of experience in C&B/Payroll, with preference for candidates experienced in full-cycle payroll. Strong knowledge of Labor Law, social insurance, and PIT regulations; capable of handling practical employee relations cases. Experience in tech/IT/product companies or fast-growing environments is a plus. Total Rewards certification is an advantage. Skills Advanced Excel skills (mandatory). Strong analytical and data management skills with high attention to detail. Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain C&B policies and collaborate cross-functionally. Good reading comprehension in English. Mindset & Attitude High integrity, strong compliance mindset, and confidentiality. Strong ownership of data accuracy and work quality. Proactive in identifying issues and proposing process or policy improvements.
