General Director (Warehousing Division)

ACG_3536_JOB Our client is a leading logistics company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Advise and provide strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors on short-term and long-term business strategies to support the company’s sustainable growth and development. Lead and oversee the company’s overall operations in alignment with business objectives, corporate vision, and core values. Direct departments and business units in preparing annual business plans and budgeting plans for submission to the Chairman of the Board for review and approval. Supervise daily operations, promptly resolve operational issues, and implement effective solutions to meet customer demands in a timely manner. Conduct market analysis and drive the development of new logistics and freight forwarding services tailored to customer and market needs. Make strategic investment and business decisions that align with the company’s direction while maximizing profitability and operational efficiency. Develop and strengthen the company’s workforce through recruitment, training, and talent development initiatives to support long-term business objectives. Enhance compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation systems to ensure fairness, motivation, and organizational effectiveness. Design and optimize the organizational structure, including departmental functions and responsibilities, to improve operational efficiency. Control and manage operational expenses effectively to ensure cost optimization and minimize waste. Oversee company assets to ensure proper utilization, operational effectiveness, and prevention of loss or misuse. Report periodically, or upon request, to the Chairman of the Board on the company’s operational performance and business results. Requirements Male candidates preferred, aged between 38–50 years old. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of experience in an equivalent executive role, preferably within freight forwarding, logistics, or warehouse leasing companies. Good command of spoken English. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with proven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships. Excellent time management, planning, persuasion, and strategic thinking capabilities. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, results-oriented management, and teamwork skills.
