ACG_3215_JOB Our client is a leading manufacturing corporation in Vietnam, seeking experienced professionals to join their firm. Oversee daily production operations to ensure compliance with quality standards, design requirements, and delivery commitments. Develop and execute production plans that optimize the use of manpower, materials, and equipment to achieve operational targets. Monitor production costs, identify variances, and implement cost-control measures. Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Manage production and material planning to align with delivery schedules and customer priorities. Identify and address production bottlenecks, risks, and capacity constraints through proactive planning and coordination. Ensure compliance with customer requirements and relevant statutory and regulatory standards. Review workflows and implement process adjustments to improve productivity and output reliability. Ensure production processes adhere to ISO 9000 and other applicable quality management systems. Lead initiatives to reduce quality costs and improve process consistency. Analyze workflows to minimize cycle time, optimize material utilization, and enhance overall efficiency. Apply lean methodologies and continuous improvement tools to prevent defects and sustain performance gains. Establish departmental policies, KPIs, and performance targets aligned with company objectives. Manage and develop team members through regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Promote effective communication, teamwork, and accountability within the department. Ensure all operations comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. Promote a strong safety culture through regular inspections, awareness sessions, and preventive initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. Master’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering. MRPII, Production Planning, or MBA qualifications are considered advantageous. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and AutoCAD. Good command of English, both spoken and written. Primarily day shift, with flexibility to work night shifts when necessary. Must be physically fit and adaptable to various worksite environments. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in fabrication or a similar engineering role. Solid background in operations planning and cost optimization. Demonstrated leadership abilities, integrity, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Team-oriented with a commitment to professional growth and continuous learning. Sound knowledge of international standards (ASTM, ASME, ANSI, API, etc.) related to steel fabrication and engineering practices.
