System Integration Manager

Role Purpose The Global System Integration Manager plays a critical role within the Global CoE, leading the deployment, integration, and stabilization of technical systems across multiple markets. This position acts as the key technical liaison between internal teams, external partners, and global product/system integration teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, seamless deployment, and reliable system performance throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities 1. System Integration & Deployment Manage end-to-end deployment of WiFi and integrated systems, including installation, configuration, and technical setup. Take ownership of both hardware implementation and software configuration to ensure optimal connectivity and performance. Work closely with partners and internal stakeholders to design technical solutions tailored to each market. 2. Partner Onboarding (Technical) Lead technical onboarding activities for new partners, including training, documentation, and guidance. Ensure partners are capable of independently operating the system after deployment. Serve as the main technical contact during onboarding and project kick-off phases. 3. Troubleshooting & System Reliability Diagnose and resolve integration issues and system failures in a timely manner to minimize disruption. Monitor system performance and maintain operational stability during and after deployment. Implement proactive monitoring and early detection mechanisms to prevent potential issues. 4. Cross-team Coordination Collaborate with local system integration and product teams on complex technical challenges. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve system architecture and platform capabilities. Deliver regular technical updates and reports to global stakeholders. 5. Post Go-live Support Support operations teams in resolving post-deployment technical issues. Act as an escalation point between operations and technical teams. Develop and maintain documentation and knowledge base for recurring issues and solutions. Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in System Integration, Networking, or IT Operations. Proven hands-on experience with WiFi systems, enterprise networks, or connectivity/IoT solutions. Experience working with international stakeholders or cross-border projects is highly desirable. Exposure to technology, media, or digital ecosystems is a plus. Technical Skills Strong understanding of networking and wireless technologies (e.g., WiFi standards, VPN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, RADIUS). Familiarity with system integrations such as APIs, webhooks, or middleware. Ability to analyze logs, network traces, and monitoring tools. Experience with project/ticketing tools such as Jira or Notion is preferred. Soft Skills Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities across technical and business teams. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. High ownership, proactive attitude, and ability to work under pressure. Language Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, particularly in technical communication.
