About the Role

~1 min read

We're seeking a Sales Enablement Lead who believes that customer-facing teams should always know as much about the product as the market demands — and knows how to build the programs that get them there. This role has three distinct mandates. First, you'll own the onboarding and continuous development of our Customer & Product Support team, building the product fluency they need to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer questions with confidence — including technical products like APIs, Financial Data, and Connectors. Second, you'll partner with our Product Enablement lead to ready the broader Revenue organization to speak to, demo, and sell new releases — working in close partnership with PMM, Product, and Engineering to ensure that when something ships, the people facing customers are prepared to bring it to market. Third, you'll own more technical knowledge such as security, infosec, and integrations across the organization — partnering with our Security teams, App Specialists, and Technical PMM to translate our connector ecosystem / API requirements, compliance, and data security concepts into clear, accessible enablement that arms revenue-facing reps to engage confidently with IT and AI personas at scale.

  • A technically curious problem-solver who translates complex products into practical enablement
  • A clear communicator who makes intricate technical concepts accessible across varied audiences - including IT, security, and AI buyer personas.
  • An organized program builder who can design structured onboarding paths, manage multiple training tracks, and continually refine programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
  • A collaborative cross-functional partner who can manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders at once without losing momentum.
  • A confident facilitator who energizes new hires and levels up tenured team members.
  • A data-driven thinker who measures impact and iterates.
  • A coach and mentor who thrives on helping others build deep product understanding and grow their technical troubleshooting capabilities.
