German Speaking Influencer Marketing Coordinator

We are currently seeking a German Speaking Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support the growth of our presence across the DACH region. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with influencers, streamers, and content creators, helping to develop impactful campaigns that drive player acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the iGaming sector, a strong understanding of German-speaking markets, and a genuine interest in influencer marketing, social media, and online communities.

• Develop and coordinate influencer marketing campaigns targeting German-speaking audiences across the DACH region.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard influencers, streamers, and content creators who align with campaign objectives and brand values.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors, ensuring effective collaboration and long-term partnerships.
• Coordinate campaign activities from initial planning and briefing through to execution and reporting.
• Monitor influencer content, campaign schedules, and promotional activities to ensure all deliverables are completed as agreed.
• Negotiate partnership terms and assist in managing influencer budgets and commercial agreements.
• Track campaign performance and analyse key acquisition and engagement metrics, identifying opportunities for optimisation.
• Monitor community interactions across influencer channels and provide recommendations to enhance audience engagement.
• Prepare performance reports and share insights to support future campaign planning and decision-making.
• Act as a liaison between influencers, customer support teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Stay informed about emerging trends, creators, platforms, and developments within the influencer marketing and streaming landscape.
• Contribute new ideas and opportunities to strengthen influencer partnerships and overall marketing performance.

• Fluent German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Partnerships, or a similar role within the iGaming industry.
• Good understanding of the DACH market, with knowledge of the Swiss market considered an advantage.
• Experience working with influencers, streamers, content creators, or online communities.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Passion for social media, streaming platforms, digital content, and online entertainment.
• Commercially minded with the ability to evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable analysing campaign performance data and producing actionable insights.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools, reporting platforms, and campaign tracking systems is considered an asset.
