Senior UI/UX Designer

We are currently hiring a Senior UI/UX Designer to join a fast-growing digital business operating within the iGaming space. This role focuses on creating high-quality, scalable user experiences across multiple products and brands.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Design, taking ownership of features from concept through to delivery. This position suits someone who enjoys solving complex design challenges, working within evolving environments, and contributing to the development of design systems across a multi-brand ecosystem.

• Take full ownership of features from initial discovery to final delivery
• Transform product requirements and briefs into intuitive, user-focused design solutions
• Design end-to-end user journeys, considering edge cases, system states, and interactions
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes to clearly communicate user flows and motion
• Prepare and hand over design documentation to ensure smooth implementation
• Work closely with Product Owners and Engineers to deliver high-quality outputs on time
• Clearly present and justify design decisions to internal stakeholders
• Operate independently while aligning with broader product and commercial goals
• Contribute to the ongoing development and scalability of design systems
• Create reusable components and scalable design patterns
• Ensure consistency across devices and multiple brands within the product ecosystem
• Maintain organised and structured design files (Figma)
• Support product launches, updates, and rebranding initiatives
• Apply and evolve visual identity across digital experiences

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in product design within digital environments
• Strong knowledge of UX principles and experience designing end-to-end user flows
• Ability to approach complex problems with structure and clarity
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
• Skilled in creating interactive and high-fidelity prototypes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain and defend design decisions
• Self-sufficient with a high level of ownership and accountability

• Previous experience within iGaming, online casino, sportsbook, or similar industries
• Exposure to multi-brand or white-label product environments
• Strong visual design capabilities (UI, branding, motion)
• Experience in user research methods (e.g. journey mapping, testing, competitor analysis)
