Light Duty - Penticton

Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner, Full-time Location: Winnipeg Street, Penticton BC Rate: $20.00   Schedule: Monday to Friday From 11:00 am to 5:00 pm   Contract Start Date: March 12, 2026   About the Role: We're looking for someone special to join the Alpine family—a service-oriented individual who genuinely cares about making our space feel like home for every guest. If you are proactive, dependable, and thrive in a fast-paced setting where your care directly impacts the customer experience, we invite you to bring your passion to our team.   What You Will Be Doing: Thoroughly disinfect all high touch point areas to ensure a safe environment.  Perform comprehensive floor care, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and spot cleaning. Clean and maintain all building common areas, including hallways, lobbies, bathrooms, elevators. Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables from waste bins on a regular basis.  Wipe down and sanitize high-traffic public spaces, including the collection of used items and cleaning of all public furniture. Spot clean interior surfaces such as walls, ceilings, partitions, light switches, and windowsills. Complete cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing of all facilities, with a focus on washrooms and designated client spaces. Maintain and service client-specific spaces and complete other duties as directed.   You have:   Experience performing professional custodial or cleaning duties in high-traffic public spaces is considered a significant asset.
