About the Role
~1 min readIn this role, you’ll take real-world equipment manuals, documents, and raw data and help turn them into clean, organized, and usable information. Think of it like organizing the shop—making sure everything is in the right place, labeled correctly, and easy for the next person to use.
You’ll also work with outside partners and help keep projects moving, making sure everyone is aligned and getting quality work done on time.

Process Documentation: Help build and improve step-by-step processes so work is consistent and repeatable.

Workflow Optimization: Look for ways to make tasks faster, smoother, and more efficient.

Reporting & Metrics: Track progress (quality, speed, volume) and share updates with the team.

Strong attention to detail—you notice the small stuff others miss.

Ability to follow clear processes and stay consistent.

Comfortable working with digital documents and data.

Strong written communication skills.

Able to work independently in a remote setup.

Familiarity with agriculture or heavy equipment (farm background is a big plus).

Basic project management or task coordination experience.

Experience working with external teams or vendors is helpful.

Comfortable using spreadsheets or task tracking tools.

Able to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Experience with data annotation, labeling, or similar tools (we’ll train you if not).

Exposure to data operations, workflows, or AI-related projects.

Strong organizational habits and a “get-it-done-right” mindset.
