Business Support Operator ( night shifts)

The position is for the night shift with working hours from 00:00 to 08:00 (Greece time).
Proficiency in Greek (C2 level or equivalent) is required.

Responsibilities:

• Customer support: provide prompt, friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers.
• Betting information: offer accurate information regarding betting options, odds, promotions, and events to help customers make informed decisions.
• Issue resolutions: investigate and resolve customers complaints, disputes, and technical issues effectively, striving for a positive resolution in a timely manner.
• Product knowledge: stay up-to-date with the latest betting industry trends, products, and services to provide informed support to customers.
• Liaising with internal departments.
• Feedback handling: collect and relay customer feedback, suggestions, and concerns to the appropriate departments for continuous improvement.
