As Director of Quality you will be responsible for;

Extensive professional experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated ability to implement and execute department-level quality strategies.
Strong command of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, SPC).
Proven experience in manufacturing process control and statistical analysis.
Leadership experience managing non-conformance, root cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
Track record of successfully reducing DPPM and Total Cost of Poor Quality in production environments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

Background in the space or aerospace industry is desirable.Candidates with significant quality control experience in one or more of the following industries are strongly encouraged to apply:
- High-tech assembly and manufacturing
- Solar industry
- Wafer and cell manufacturing
- Circuit production or electronics manufacturing

Salary Range: $170-$200k
