Responsibilities

→Lead the design, development, and release of window regulator and/or door glass components
→Coordinate with cross-functional teams (suppliers, manufacturing, quality, and vehicle integration)
→Manage component validation, testing, and issue resolution
→Ensure compliance with program timing, cost, and technical requirements
→Support change management and continuous improvement activities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
3–6 years of experience in automotive engineering, preferably with closures systems
Experience with window regulators, door glass systems, or closely related components
Strong communication and project coordination skills
