Responsibilities

→Define and implement standardized processes, including maintaining and managing database files
→Coordinate and streamline process networks across functions within the PMO
→Develop and maintain project management processes, including mapping and roadmap execution
→Support project lifecycle management and ensure alignment with PMO standards
→Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional stakeholders across the North America region
→Analyze project performance, priorities, and objectives to support decision-making
→Assist in forecasting and budgeting activities related to project initiatives
→Drive continuous improvement within PMO processes and tools

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within a PMO or project environment
Strong experience with forecasting and budgeting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, modeling)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High level of English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing)

Nice to Have

Experience in process mapping and optimization
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
